TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFRESHING GRAMMAR COURSES
UNLIMITED ACCESS
‘Unlimited Access’ to Refreshing Grammar means that you’ll have access to the same (or very similar) content to what is available on the free version of the course, which is normally available for a limited time period yearly. ‘Unlimited Access’ members also receive downloadable pdfs of the slides used in the course (which are not available on the free course).
‘Unlimited Access’ to both Refreshing Grammar and The Grammar of Show Don’t Tell means that the material will be available for as long as both programmes are offered. If either of these programmes are closed, participants will be given at least 6 months’ notice. Future closer of the programmes does not affect the refund policy and does not entitle members to any form of refund.
USE OF MATERIAL
You are free to stream videos and download pdfs of the course material for personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or use the content. You must not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform the content in any manner and you must not exploit it commercially. We may revoke your access rights if you breach this agreement.
LOGGING IN TO THE COURSE PORTAL
The login details and password are for your use only, and must not be shared.
REFUNDS
Refreshing Grammar courses (Refreshing Grammar Unlimited Access and The Grammar of Show Don’t Tell) have a 7-day refund policy. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase. You must state the reason for your request. If you have downloaded any of the course materials, these must be deleted from your computer and not redistributed in any way.
